Xandeum DAO Reward Voting Update

A November 2025 archive update about the Xandeum DAO reward-voting process, Season 5 planning, and ways the community could participate at that time. Current rewards, staking, and STOINC parameters may differ and should always be checked on the current official pages.

Xandeum DAO Reward Voting Update

This archive post reflects the reward-voting update shared in November 2025. Current reward programs, staking terms, STOINC parameters, and governance procedures may differ. Always use the current official Xandeum pages before making decisions.

What changed at the time

After several reward seasons, Xandeum moved more reward decisions into the DAO process. The Season 5 planning discussion focused on questions such as:

  • how many rewards to allocate,
  • which groups should be eligible,
  • when rewards should be paid,
  • and how treasury resources could support grants or app builders.

This was an important step toward broader community participation. It should not be read as a statement that every current protocol parameter, reward mechanism, or STOINC update is permanently controlled by DAO vote.

Ways people could participate

At the time of the update, community members were directed toward several participation paths:

  • liquid staking through xandSOL,
  • XAND governance participation,
  • liquidity support where available,
  • points programs,
  • validator or storage-node related programs,
  • and XANDC upgrade windows where applicable.

Each program has its own current rules, risks, deadlines, and eligibility requirements.
